Our Team

Philippa is a Partner of R&H Trust & Corporate (operating as The R&H Trust Co. Ltd.) and primarily works with complex and contentious trust structures sitting on the board of private trust companies and underlying companies.

The R&H Trust Co. Ltd. is a duly licensed Cayman Islands trust companies owned by Rawlinson & Hunter in the Cayman Islands. Philippa is also a Partner of Rawlinson & Hunter. Prior to joining The R&H Trust Co. Ltd. Philippa worked as a tax adviser in two of the Big 4 accountancy firms.

Philippa is a Chartered Accountant (CA Ireland), a Chartered Tax Consultant (CTA Ireland) and is a Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP). Most recently, Philippa successfully passed with distinction the STEP Advanced Certificate in Trust Disputes and is a member of the Contentious Trust Service Team at Rawlinson & Hunter.

She is a member of the Cayman Islands Institute of Professional Accountants and 100 Women in Finance and sits on the STEP Public Policy Committee.
