Our Team

Lucy is Director, Trust Services of R&H Trust & Corporate and specialises in private client services including the administration of international trust structures, private trust companies and purpose trusts for ultra-high net worth individuals. The R&H Trust Co. Ltd. is a licensed trust company, owned and operated by Rawlinson & Hunter in the Cayman Islands.

Lucy joined the firm in September 2011 and was promoted to Associate Director in 2019. She has over 20 years of experience in the financial service industry and has previously worked in the private client industry in the Isle of Man. Lucy primarily works with complex structures supporting HNW families and family offices, also serving as a director on client companies.

Lucy is a qualified Chartered Secretary/Governance Professional (ACG), Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) and an Accredited Director (Acc. Dir.). She also holds certificates in Family Business and Family Wealth Advising (CFBA, CFWA) from the Family Firm Institute. Most recently, Lucy successfully passed with distinction the STEP Advanced Certificate in Family Business Advising.

Lucy is Secretary for the Cayman Islands branch of The Chartered Governance Institute, a member of the Cayman Islands Directors Association, the Cayman Islands branch of STEP and 100 Women in Finance.
