Our Team

Amanda is a Partner of R&H Trust & Corporate (operating as The R&H Trust Co. Ltd.) and specialises in private client services including international trust structures, private trust companies and purpose trusts for ultra-high net worth individuals.

She advises on the establishment and ongoing administration of Cayman Islands trusts and companies including acting as director of private trust companies, other regulated entities and client companies. The R&H Trust Co. Ltd. is a duly licensed Cayman Islands trust companies owned by Rawlinson & Hunter in the Cayman Islands.  Amanda is also a Partner of Rawlinson & Hunter.

Amanda joined the Cayman Islands firm in 2015 and has over 25 years experience in the trust industry. Prior to joining the firm, she spent 15 years with the Trust Company of a large global financial institution in their Cayman Islands, Bermuda and Zurich offices, working with private clients and structured finance vehicles. In the previous 10 years she worked with onshore trusts in the UK at three leading accountancy firms, including two Big 4 firms.

Amanda is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and a member of the Cayman Islands Institute of Professional Accountants. She is also a council member of the Cayman Islands branch of STEP.
